9. Notify us if they believe their account has been compromised
10. Avoid submitting multiple fraudulent applications or using multiple identities

Gulf Job Works reserves the right to reject or remove applications that violate these Terms.

6. Employer Responsibilities

Employers and recruitment partners using the Platform are responsible for ensuring that information submitted in job advertisements is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

Employers agree not to:

• Publish fraudulent or deceptive vacancies
• Misrepresent compensation, job duties, or employment conditions
• Request unlawful payments from candidates
• Discriminate unlawfully against applicants
• Collect unnecessary personal information
• Use candidate information for unauthorized purposes
• Post vacancies for illegal activities
• Impersonate another company or organization
• Use the Platform to conduct scams or fraudulent recruitment activities

Employers are responsible for complying with all applicable employment, immigration, recruitment, labor, data protection, and anti-discrimination laws.

7. Recruitment and Placement

Where Gulf Job Works provides recruitment, manpower, screening, shortlisting, or placement services, the relevant service may be subject to additional terms, agreements, procedures, or documentation.

Participation in a recruitment process does not guarantee placement.

Candidate selection may depend on factors determined by the employer, including qualifications, experience, interview performance, availability, medical requirements, licensing, documentation, visa eligibility, and business requirements.

The final decision to hire a candidate rests with the relevant employer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Fees and Payments

Certain services provided through Gulf Job Works may involve fees.

Where a fee applies, the applicable amount, payment process, and relevant terms will be communicated to the user before payment is requested.

You agree not to make payments to individuals claiming to represent Gulf Job Works unless the payment has been requested through an authorized Gulf Job Works channel.

Gulf Job Works will not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized individuals, personal bank accounts, unofficial payment channels, or fraudulent third parties.

Where a payment is made for a specific service, the applicable refund or cancellation terms will depend on the nature of that service and any separate agreement governing it.

9. No Guarantee of Employment

Gulf Job Works does not guarantee that using the Platform will result in employment.

Employment decisions are ultimately made by employers and may depend on circumstances outside our control.
